Caprese Fresca!

The tomatoes at the farmer's market are amazing! I made Susanna a caprese salad last week. Here's the tomato before I sliced it:

yeah! best caprese salad EVER!!!! So glad I didn't have to go all the way to Italy to taste such deliciousness.
