I got into Kombucha in 2013. I kinda became obsessed with it and started brewing my own. One of my favorite things to do is make Kombucha Cocktails. Here's a list of a few of my experiments.
Kombucha Apple Pie
I followed a standard Apple Pie recipe and used liberal amounts of Kombucha to sauteed the apples. It turned out great!
The Blood Moon (cocktail)
Designed April 18th, 2014 in honor of the Blood Moon Eclipse: Vodka, Cranberry Juice (100% pure unsweetened), Sauvignon Blanc, St. Germain, fresh brew Kombucha, double brew Kombucha.
Mix 1/3 cheap red wine (I like Zinfindel) with Kombucha. So refreshing! And doubly healthy!
Heather's "Traditional" Kombucha Cocktail
This is the first cocktail I got into after my Kombucha obsession.
Light Alcohol: Campari, St. Germain, Kombucha
Regular Alcohol: Campari, St. Germain, Kombucha, Vodka
Heather's double brew Kombucha-style
I double brew my Kombucha. After the first brew, I do a second fermentation, where I add sugar, dried cherries and fresh minced ginger/ginger juice. Sometimes I'll add lemon juice, cherry juice, or I'll do a Blueberry version with dried blueberries.

My homebrew is a combination of Oolong-Jasmine Green, occasionally with some Roobios. Follow the regular recipes. I like to let mine go until it is more tangy and then do the double brew style.
