Lady Knight is ready for the open road. Yesterday I took her in and got a full tune up. She'd been sitting in my garage for since last November. The weather has been so wonderful. It was killing me not being out on my bike. It was a small drama getting her started, but she did. It was a breath of fresh air to be riding in the beautiful open air. It was a short ride to the shop, but it reminded me of the many reasons I ride. The freedom, the fear, the connection with the sky above and pavement below. Death could present it's face at any corner, but to do so, must hang on tightly behind. It's another beautiful day. I'll take Lady Knight north this weekend and she how we fare.
